The Clark Civil Water Group's mission with this training portal is to create knowledgeable water builders, executing work with the highest levels of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The Water Group is part of Clark Construction's Civil division. It operates out of the Bethesda, MD office and aims to be a market leader in the construction of water and wastewater facilities.
